My cat swipes at me with her claws when I try to pet her or pick her up. She doesn't seem angry with me but is constantly swiping at my hands and drawing blood, I have no idea how to correct this behavior.

Try misting her with a spray-bottle of water, each time she does that. |

You can also shout at her very loudly or clap your hands, cupping them so you trap some air which makes it much louder. I had a problem with my cat biting my nose, which I solved by immediately flicking his nose whenever he made a motion of biting me. |
